Individual Work

My individual work is centered around making you feel better. No matter how horrible or uneasy you feel, there is a way to feel better and it is my intention to help you get there. I have complete confidence that my therapeutic skills will be of much value to you. I accept children over the age of three, young adults and older adults. My individual work is focused on your thought processes, belief systems and past influences. It is centered around creating a brighter future that revolves around enthusiasm and peace of mind.

Couples Work

Remember the first time you met? Remember how wonderful it was? Do you want to recapture that magic? It is easier than you think and I can help you get it back. My couples work teaches you how to argue correctly and get mad constructively. It aids your relationship in helping to create a happy and healthy future together. I help people accept themselves and accept their partners. You will learn how to work as a team and tackle problems in a fun way. Your relationship probably doesn’t have to be over and it may just need a little re-tooling and a fresh start. However, if it looks like it is over and it may be best to split, I have no problem letting you know that or exploring what that may look like.

Family Work

I specialize in family work. My degree is in marriage and family therapy. I teach parenting classes and counsel elementary and middle school kids all day long. I teach parents and families how to set rules and make sure they are fair for everyone in the house. Communication is emphasized and feelings are brought to the forefront. Getting along can be achieved a lot easier and a lot sooner than you may think. The home should be a happy place to go to at the end of the day. Calm voices, polite manners, respect and responsibility, voluntarily compromising and laughing a lot will be your new environment. Spending time with your family could be everything you imagine it to be.
